What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment via PayHere.

Do you ship outside Sri Lanka?

What if an item shows "Price on Request"?

Some parts are quote-based rather than fixed-price. Request a quote from the product page and our team will follow up with pricing and availability.

What if a part is backordered?

Backordered items can still be ordered — the product page shows the expected lead time. We'll keep you updated on your order status.

Can I return a part?

If a part hasn't been installed and is still in its original packaging, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Parts that have been installed or show signs of use can't be returned, since we can't resell them as new. If you received the wrong item or a defective part, contact us and we'll cover the cost of making it right.

Do you offer a warranty?

Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects. If something arrives faulty or fails under normal use, contact us with your order number and we'll help you get a replacement or refund through the manufacturer's warranty process.

How do I get wholesale/dealer pricing?

If you're a shop or reseller, you can apply for a dealer account for wholesale pricing and referral commissions.
